Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi Rules
To ensure safety, hygiene, and a pleasant experience for all guests, please follow the guidelines below when using the pool and jacuzzi:
🏊♂️ General Safety
Use of the pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Diving or jumping into the pool is not allowed.
Running around the pool area is prohibited to prevent accidents.
No glass containers are allowed near the pool or jacuzzi.
🧴 Hygiene & Cleanliness
Please shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi.
Do not enter the water if you have open wounds or contagious conditions.
Sunscreen and oils must be rinsed off before use to help maintain water quality.
⏱️ Usage Guidelines
Pool and jacuzzi are available daily from 08:00 to 23:00.
Jacuzzi water is filtered and maintained regularly — do not adjust settings unless permitted.
Please close the jacuzzi cover after use to retain temperature and keep it clean.
🔇 Behavior
Keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00).
No excessive splashing, loud music, or disruptive behavior.
The pool and jacuzzi are for registered guests only.
❗ Responsibility
Villa Mourelo is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost items resulting from use of the pool or jacuzzi.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment or surrounding area.
Maximum Occupancy
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests.
Access to the property is allowed only to registered guests listed in the reservation.
No unregistered visitors or overnight guests are permitted.

Gas Bottle Replacement Policy
We provide a new gas bottle upon your arrival.
If you need a replacement during your stay, please contact us directly.
Please note: additional gas bottles are subject to an extra charge.
Quiet Hours
15:00 – 17:30 (afternoon quiet time)
23:00 – 07:00 (nighttime quiet hours)
Please respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.
Cleaning & Housekeeping
The villa is fully equipped with cleaning supplies and tools for guest use.
Additional cleaning during the stay can be arranged upon request and at the guest’s expense.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets
No pets allowed, unless agreed in advance.
Parking Area
Villa Mourelo offers secure on-site parking within the property grounds, so you can arrive and depart with complete peace of mind. A private, gated driveway accommodates up to two cars and is available free of charge for registered guests only. The area is well-lit at night and situated just a few steps from the villa entrance, making loading and unloading luggage quick and convenient.
If you will be travelling with additional vehicles, or require special arrangements (e.g., space for a motorcycle, small boat trailer, or an electric-vehicle charging cable), please let us know in advance so we can confirm availability and assist with any extra requirements.
